Anthony, 35 years old, and Julien, 37 years old, are a team both in life and in business. They both hail from France and are deeply rooted in French culture.
Entrepreneurship has always been a passion for them. They value creativity, innovation, taking risks, and a willingness to learn, which have been instrumental in their lives.
Five years ago, in pursuit of new opportunities, they left France and embarked on their adventure in Canada, settling in Edmonton, Alberta.
Their experiences allowed them to quickly obtain visas and pursue exciting possibilities in this great country.

After conducting market research, we have concluded that this project is both feasible and in line with local needs.
We strive to provide the highest quality products by focusing on using locally sourced ingredients, such as milk, butter, and eggs. All our pastries are made from scratch with the goal of promoting French culture and offering our customers high quality, locally sourced products.
