After months of testing, adjusting, and pushing for the right texture, our “Canelé de Bordeaux” has arrived.

A deep caramelized crust, rich and golden, with a soft custardy center that melts as you bite. Slight notes of vanilla and rum, perfectly balanced. This is a classic done properly — not rushed, not compromised.

Alongside it, our “Sausage Roll”,

Buttery, flaky puff pastry, baked until perfectly crisp, wrapped around a well-seasoned sausage.

Two products. A lot of work behind them. Now ready for you.
