How to bake your Viennoiserie

From our bakery to you

Baking Instructions

1. Remove the croissants or pain au chocolat from the freezer.

2. Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each pastry.

3. Proof the pastries in the oven (turned OFF) for about 2 hours, until they double in size and become light and puffy.

4. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

5. Bake for 15–18 minutes, until golden brown.

6. Allow to cool for a few minutes, then enjoy warm.​

💡 Petit conseil (optionnel) :

FR :Astuce : pour une meilleure pousse, placer un petit bol d’eau chaude dans le four pendant la​ pousse.

EN :Tip: for better proofing, place a small bowl of warm water in the oven to create humidity.
