Position: Baker/ Pastry

 

Location: La French Taste, 11401-95 Street, Edmonton

 

La French Taste is a vibrant French bakery and pastry shop located in Edmonton. We are seeking a motivated for a baker/pastry who is passionate about the art of pastry-making and eager to contribute to the growth of our young and evolving company.

 

Responsibilities:

 

    •    Create and execute pastry recipes in alignment with the company’s standards and vision.

    •    Collaborate with the manager to develop new pastry.

    •    Maintain cleanliness and organization.

    •    Ensure consistent quality and presentation pastries.

    •    Train and mentor junior pastry staff members. (Optional)

    •    Manage inventory and inform the head pastry chef

    •    Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.

 

Qualifications:

 

    •    Proven experience in pastry. 

    •    Creativity skills;

    •    Excellent time management and organizational skills.

    •    Strong communication and teamwork skills.

    •    Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings and weekends,
