🥧 Frozen Tourtière — Baking Instructions (with Egg Wash)
❄️ Bake from frozen — Do not thaw

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Remove all packaging.

Place the frozen tourtière on a baking sheet, on the middle rack.

Lightly brush the top with egg wash
(1 egg beaten with a small splash of water or milk).
⚠️ Brush the top only — do not brush the edges.

Bake for 65 to 75 minutes.
🔎 Check for doneness

Crust should be deep golden brown.
-
Filling should be hot and fully heated through.
-
Internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
🔄 Adjustments if needed

If the top browns too quickly, loosely cover with foil for the last 15–20 minutes.

For a crispier bottom, place the baking sheet in the oven while preheating.
